Description
Art center is a multifunctional building consisting of versatile and specialized premises for primary and secondary functions. The project considers the specifics of organizing the architectural environment of the art center. The main idea of the project is to create conditions for personal creative development, raise cultural level, aesthetic education of citizens, accessibility of cultural education for children and youth, and development of cultural institutions. The project solves the issue of rational placement, optimal functional filling and compliance with modern exhibition requirements.

Арт-центр – це поліфункціональна будівля, що складається з універсальних та спеціалізованих приміщень для здійснення основної та додаткових функцій.
У проекті розглянуто особливості організації архітектурного середовища арт-центру. Основна ідея проекту – створення умов для творчого розвитку особистості, підвищення культурного рівня, естетичного виховання громадян, доступності освіти у сфері культури для дітей та юнацтва, розвитку закладів культури.
У проекті вирішено питання раціонального розміщення, оптимального функціонального наповнення та відповідності сучасним експозиційним вимогам.
Функціональне зонування арт-центру
The building is adjacent to an existing multi-story residential complex with its eastern facade. It has a plan in the shape of the letter "H," with a height of 4.5 meters for the first floor and 3.5 meters for the second and third floors. The main facade is concave towards the interior of the building, creating an illusion of drawing visitors towards itself. The other facades are straight, with rounded corners in some places. By using a console that protrudes on the main facade at the second and third levels, the area of the upper floors was increased. The exhibition hall space includes a small inner courtyard with a tree planted in it.

Будівля приблокована східним фасадом до існуючої багатоквартирної житлової забудови. В плані г-подібної форми. Висота 1-го поверху в світлі 4,5 м, висота другого та третього поверху 3,5 м. Головний фасад ввігнутий всередину об’єкту, що створює ілюзію притягування до себе відвідувачів. Інші ж фасади прямолінійні, в деяких місцях із заокругленими кутами. За допомогою консолі, що виступає на головному фасаді на другому і третьому рівні, вдалось збільшити площу верхніх поверхів. Простір експозиційної зали містить в собі невеличкий внутрішній дворик в якому посаджено дерево.
